How to request for removal of your customer account
User data specified in profile is stored indefinitely until request for account deletion is made. Below you can find instruction on how to remove your account and all your data in the app:
Note: When the "Delete Account" link is submitted, your account will not be deleted instantly, instead a notice will be sent to the site administration, to check if all business with the you/customer (orders, return requests, etc.) is concluded.
In this case the customer account won't be completely removed but all personal information will be replaced with random data. The site will retain transaction data with anonymous customer information.
1. Launch the app or download it here.
2. Tap the "Profile" icon.
3. Sign into your account.
4. Tap the "Profile" menu item.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
6. Tap the "Delete account" link.
